<p> 該語音播報服務軟件由涌明科技（上海）有限公司設計，用于在任何時間點，接收任一語音播報請求，語音請求可以是文本或者語音文件路徑。如果是語音文件形式，如.mp3, .wav等等，則直接播放語音。如果是文本，則找出該文本對應的語音文件路徑，然后播放；如果未找到語音文件，則生成語音文件，然后再播放。</p>
<p> 智能語音播報系統可以提供24小時不間斷接收語音請求，對于工業自動化行業中的語音播報請求，或者新聞行業中的文本轉語音需求，本軟件提供了很大的靈活性。</p>
<p> 本軟件可以單機運行，也可以多個PC共用。多PC共用，可以節省用戶的硬件投資，但當多個PC的語音播報請求都比較頻繁時，播報速度不如單機版。</p>
<p>由于本軟件是一個Window Service，沒有用戶界面，用戶要使用本軟件，需要將本軟件的Windows Service布署好。其它軟件需要以Tcp命令方式，對本語音播報服務軟件進行調用</p>
